Our engagement fee

For most residential engagements, CHAD Property charges a flat engagement fee, payable in two parts: a fee at the start, and the balance on unconditional contract. For commercial engagements, the fee is scoped to the deal. Either way, the fee is confirmed with you and we share the numbers at the fit-check call.
