The growth figures are measured from each purchase price to our current comparable market analysis of the property, and the rental yields from the rent against that value. The headline benchmark is the Australian Bureau of Statistics 8-capital-city Residential Property Price Index over the same holding periods, so we are comparing like with like, not our best year against the market’s worst.
Current values are our own comparable market analysis, the same valuer’s lens we apply before a client buys. They are considered estimates, not formal valuations or actual sale prices. Every figure is rounded and de-identified, and the sample shown is representative of the portfolio, not a highlight reel.

Plenty of agencies show you their clients’ names, suburbs, and front-door photos. We do not.
Everything on this page is real and drawn from our clients’ actual portfolios, but we de-identify it. No names, no street addresses, no photographs, nothing precise enough to point back to a person. A photo and a suburb are all it takes for a stranger to find out who owns a home, and that is not a risk we will hand to a client for the sake of a marketing page.
