Cornerstone™.

The portal most buyer's agents don't have. Built into how we work. Included in the engagement, not an upsell.

the portal

What Cornerstone™ is.

Cornerstone™ is the client portal we built for CHAD. It is where every step of your property purchase lives: the document trail, the offer approvals, the journey markers, the long-range forecast, the portfolio view. It is built for you, your broker, your accountant, and the conveyancer working on your purchase. Engaged clients log in from day one and keep access for the life of the relationship.

what you can do

What you can do in it.

Run a 20-year forecast any time you want.

The interactive forecast lives inside the portal. You can adjust the assumptions, model a renovation scenario, change the rent figure, and see the numbers move. It is your forecast to play with, not a static spreadsheet we emailed you once.

Get onboarded in minutes, not days.

ID verification runs from your phone via Didit. The buyer's-agent engagement contract is signed online. No printing, no scanning, no posting.

Approve every offer before it goes anywhere.

Every offer we recommend appears in your portal first. We do not send it to the selling agent until you tick approval. No verbal offers in your name, no surprises in your inbox.

Track the deal in four clear stages.

Offer, acceptance, exchange, settlement. You see exactly where the purchase stands at every moment. No “wait, has the deal happened yet?” anxiety, no chasing us for status updates.

See every property you own, in one view.

Each property carries a market estimate, refreshed annually. The portfolio view shows the picture at a glance: what you own, where it sits, what it is worth, where it is in its growth arc.

Keep the document trail in one place.

Contract, building and pest report, vendor statement, rental appraisal, every property purchase document sits in one library. No email hunts, no missing attachments, no “which version was the latest?” confusion. The same library is there at tax time, at sale time, at refinance time.

Stay engaged after settlement.

Formally the buyer's-agent engagement ends at settlement. Cornerstone™ does not. You keep access. The market-estimate refreshes annually. The depreciation introduction lands automatically. The forecast is still yours. Questions are still answered.

What you get with CHAD, side by side with what investors typically get elsewhere. The comparison is observation of common practice across the buyer's-agent market, not a knock at any specific firm.

your team

Built for the team around you.

A property purchase involves more than two people. Your mortgage broker needs the contract. Your conveyancer needs the vendor statement. Your accountant needs the depreciation schedule and the settlement statement. Your financial planner wants the long-term view.

Cornerstone™ gives each of them their own login. They pull what they need at the moment they need it. You stay out of the “can you forward me that document?” email chain. Nothing slows the deal because someone is waiting on an attachment.

The portfolio view holds across the relationship. Your financial planner can see the long-term trajectory you and CHAD are building, not just the most recent purchase in isolation.

compliance

Compliance and trust.

Cornerstone™ is the system of record for the work we do for you. The compliance posture is built in, not bolted on after the fact:

  • Anti-money-laundering and counter-terrorism financing (AML/CTF): identity verification at onboarding via Didit. Verification records held for the statutory period.
  • Privacy: the data we collect through Cornerstone™ is covered by our privacy policy. The policy lists what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and how you can access, correct, or delete your information.
  • Data Breach Response Plan: a written plan is in place covering the steps we will take, the people we will notify, and the regulator (the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner) we will contact if a notifiable data breach occurs.
  • Audit trail: every action you take in the portal is stamped with the time, the user, and the change. The same is true for actions we take on your behalf.

no upsell

Built in, not an upsell.

Cornerstone™ is included in the buyer's-agent engagement fee. There is no separate subscription. There is no upgrade tier. Engaged clients get the full portal from day one and keep access for the life of the relationship, including after settlement.

The reason it is built in is that this is how we work. Cornerstone™ is not a marketing add-on to the buyer's-agent service; it IS how the buyer's-agent service is delivered. Removing it would mean delivering the service worse.

Cornerstone™ is what you get when you work with CHAD.

The portal is yours from day one. Every milestone, every document, every forecast, every refresh sits in one place. You and the team around you all have access. The work does not disappear after settlement.
