Free tools for investors
Investor tools.
Free calculators for the numbers that shape a purchase: what it costs to buy, what it may return, and how the tax side may look. Every rate comes from its official source and carries the date it was checked.

Most of the questions we hear before a first conversation are number questions. What will the duty be? What will it cost me each week? How much of my equity can I actually use?
You should be able to answer those yourself, with figures you can check. So we built these tools from scratch, took every rate from its official source, and dated it. There is no sign-up and nothing to download.
A calculator can show you the shape of a decision. It cannot know your situation. When you want the numbers tested against a real property, the conversation starts with one message.
